1st Choice Inspection Service Owner/Operator, Paul Gagneur, is a certified and insured Home Inspector with the American Home Inspector Training Institute (AHIT), and a member of the National Association of Certified Home Inspectors (NACHI). Paul is an active participant in NACHI’s continuing education program and adheres fully to their code of ethics. Additionally, he holds a degree in Construction Management from Western Michigan University and has been a licensed builder in Southwest Michigan for 23 years.

A natural problem solver, Paul is always willing to listen to and address customer concerns. He also contributes to his local community as a coach and tee-ball director with the area Little League program, as well as through regular volunteering at his daughter’s elementary school.
