Recently my wife and I had a home inspection completed for maintenance purposes by 1st Choice Inspection Service. The mans name that performed the service was Paul Gagneur.

After the inspection he sat with us to explain all items he had looked at and tested. Now we have moved and had homes inspected on six occasions and I can honestly say this was the most thorough one ever and the very first time an inspector had ever reviewed the results with us so corrections could be made immediately. There is no doubt we would request this same service upon another move and we would also recommend him to everyone.

Working with Paul was a great experience. We have worked with many inspectors while purchasing previous homes and Paul has proven to be the best by far. Not only is he professional, but one of the few inspectors who is actually knowledgeable in all areas of home inspection and can pick up on issues that most people can’t. He was professional, efficient and incredibly thorough! He took the time to go over all of his findings big or small and was able to explain them in terms which made us feel very comfortable with the entire process. Not only was he courteous to us but he was very courteous to the homeowners as well. He covered the floor where the attic access was and took his boots off when he was done and put on house shoes to finish his inspection. Top notch work and by far the most impressive report I have personally ever had the opportunity of reviewing. My realtor also made a comment on how thorough and professional the report was and we all know that is a good sign.
